lifetsyle diseases (type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, hear coditions). I am looking to serve in the area of health restoration by partnering with primary care physician and medical doctors to support patients and manage lifestyle diseease through lifestyle medicine – nutrition and physical activity, Let’s tranfom lives togehter, who do you know?
