Everyone asks a why their tummy isn’t reducing or why they aren’t getting abs – Ladies we all have different body types and carry weight differently. If the tummy is where most of the fat is stored then that’s that area takes the longest to get flat. Others might carry weight on their back, hips thighs etc but Isee most of you complaining about your tummy.

What you eat responsible for how you look that’s why I insist that 80% is your diet. Fried foods, wheat priducts, sugar, juice, soda all that must be eliminated to make progress. Working out is great, if you’re a beginner do anything walking is a great excercise.

If you’ve been working out for a long time change your workouts challenge your body even harder. The picture below shows my before in June of 2010…..the after was March 2011. I obviously want obese but I had gained weight and didn’t like how I looked and most importantly how i felt. It took 9 months to get to the after look….in those 9 months I was working out with a trainer and only ate chicken, fish, egg whites oatmeal vegetables, rice and potatoes….for the entire 9 months!! It took 45 minutes cardio every single day 7 days a week and 5 days of strength training for a hour….it’s a journey and it takes time. It’s easy to lose weight by simply changing your eating habits but getting a flat stomach, is one of those things that require a lot of consistency, patience and time…there is is no secret.

Working out, eat clean, keep repeating…make it a habit and most importantly be patient with yourself….are you eating clean 95% of the time? If the answer is no, then your flat stomach will always be out of your reach…you must work for it.
